Avengers: Infinity War
Sean Gunn has nothing but nice thing to say about working with the Russo brothers onAvengers : Infinity War . The actor , who play Kraglin in bothGuardians of the GalaxyandGuardians of the Galaxy Vol . 2and works as the motion capture performing artist for Rocket Raccoon ( who ’s vocalize by Bradley Cooper ) , praised the Russos ' style of directing , which differs from the style employed by his chum , James Gunn .
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo , Avengers : Infinity Warwill bring together two team of heroes for an epic struggle with Thanos ( Josh Brolin ) , as the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Avengers must unify to take on the Mad Titan when he attempt to apply the Infinity Gauntlet to threaten all of realness . This will be the Guardians ' third appearance in a film , and their first without James Gunn as theatre director . Gunn spoke toComicBookabout the transition fromGuardians of the Galaxy Vol . 2toAvengers : Infinity War , and talk about the experience of being on the bent of the ensemble film and exploit with such an " amazing and immense cast . " Gunn also had confirming remarks for the Russos :
The Russos are unlike , but I can tell you they ’re great . I can distinguish you I know working with them , and I think I also identified with the idea of working with my brother as something that they do all the time , just like my brother and I do . I really enjoyed act upon with them , but the style ’s unlike . No music director is like any other incisively .
The Russos have already send two movies for Marvel Studios , Captain America : Winter SoldierandCaptain America : Civil War , which were Brobdingnagian hit for the companionship , both at the box office and with critics . If the two movies are any indication of what we can ask from the Russos in the future , Avengers : Infinity Warwill be much less short - hearted than theGuardians of the Galaxyfilms , but will still include some grade of humor .
As for how the Guardians will factor in into the comedy portions of the movie , we can expect James Gunn to have a lot to do with that . Though Gunn wo n’t be co - directingAvengers : Infinity War , he will serve as an executive producer on the undertaking , and it ’s been said that thefilm will respect the dash of the Guardians flick .
