Laurence Fishburne may be playing an elder take on Dr. Bill Foster inAnt - Man and the Wasp , but that might not stop him from suiting up . While the film ’s first teaser only proffer a glimpse of Bill Foster , we got a flake more of him in thefullAnt - Man and the Wasptrailer . It ’s uncover here that Foster did indeed put to work on a Project Goliath and that it involve him grow in size — though not as much as Scott Lang did inCaptain America : Civil War . Like with Hank Pym , it ’s assumed this is all behind Foster and he ’s just a scientist now , but you never know with the MCU .
TheAnt - Man and the Waspcharacter postersnot only put Foster with the relaxation of the core characters — suggesting his role is fairly strong — but the proper look at Janet van Dyne proves you ’re never too old to put on a super - cause . " perchance . The idea would be that perhaps they had worked together in the past on a lot of projects including some of the shrinkage and growing tech . How that plays into this storey , I think we ’d rather give unspoken for the mo . "
This certainly sound like a fairly standard answer design not to cosset the second , but Broussard easily could have shot down the idea . Ant - Man & the Waspwill see multiple heroes and scoundrel suiting up , so the thought of seeing Goliath in action at law is scarcely impossible — peculiarly if Foster thinks he knows well than Pym when it comes to solving a finicky problem .
Ant - Man and the Waspis tracking strongright now , and it face like it will easily outstrip the original movie . From the first film to the second , Hope van Dyne stepped up and became a full - fledged superhero . So it certainly seems possible that more size of it - commute crimefighters could come out fromAnt - adult male & the Wasp .
