ABC affiliate Freeform already hasNew WarriorsandCloak & Daggerlined up , but Marvel is going back into the stream secret plan by partnering with Hulu forRunaways . Centered around a group of young kids who observe their parents are supervillains , both incline are seem to further broaden the type of superhero shows that survive .
Anticipation has run in high spirits forRunawaysas it quite the beloved belongings from the comics , and all indications point to the show closely following the Brian K. Vaughn run that is adore by many . While thepilot wrapped shoot back in March , it was n’t until the summertime thatthe rest of the series began production . Now that output is formally done , all the focus for Hulu and Marvel can transfer to the post - production side as they pitch up for the series to launch . Runawayswill premiere on Hulu next monthwith an as - of - yet unconfirmed number of sequence . Hulu has a varied release schedule and does not always let go an intact show at once ( like Netflix ) . rather , they ordinarily put out a few episodes at a time , with the latest rumors saying the first three sequence will be made available on November 21st .

While those intimate with the comics may be able to better predict where the serial publication is going , the marketing so far has not revealed too much . Most of the scenes from the trailerappear to be largely pulled from the first two episode ( which will tell the same history but from the perspectives of the kid ’s first and then their evil parent ) , and they ’ve yet tofully reveal Old Laceor show off the various superpower the show has to offer up .
