There is definite craftsmanship , polished visuals and nice sequencing in the shootouts , pursuit and physical combat chronological sequence - all of which are being designed by stunt coordinators that come from big films likeAvengers , Batman Begins , Lord of the Rings , Indiana Jonesand many other films you probably enjoyed . It ’s not unseasoned talent at work here , clearly .
After seeing two moreTakeninstallments that did NOT have Pierre Morel involved , we ( and we intend a slew of action fans ) are at least curious about what the director will have withThe Gunman.(That ’s why the picture show is on our20 Most Anticipated movies of 2015 List . ) There also seems to be a portion of cat - and - black eye - style espionage thrills sprinkled on top of the action ( see : the posters below , which suggestion at a mystery subplot ) , so that should hopefully keep thing interesting on a cerebral spirit level , while all the carnage is take place .
